I can only see one line of text in the challenges—the rest of the text is cut off. This is only iOS as the Apple users are having the same problem but not the Android users. I don’t see a post for this and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I’ve closed and opened the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Is this problem being worked on?

Yes, PLEASE! I seem to be the only one out of our standard 9 participants in the workweek hustle that has this issue and it’s embarrassing because I never know for sure if I’m cheering myself. I take a chance that I am because I would rather do that than NOT cheer someone else. I really HATE this issue.

I have the same issue. I’m new to Fitbit challenges and it’s an obvious and annoying bug. I’m surprised to find it has been a problem for so long

Yes I have the most updated Fitbit app. I even dumped it and reloaded to be sure. I have iOS 13.5 on an iPhone 11 Pro. And it still doesn’t show complete sentences. You only get whatever is in the first line.

Nope, it’s the Weekend Warrior too. It has been a while since I did other ones than Workweek Hustle and Weekend Warrior but it happens in both of those. I update the app whenever there is a new release and this is from 30 seconds ago after updating this morning.

As noted by @Soprano12010 it affects both Workweek Hustle & Weekend Warrior at least, other challenges are unknown.
This issue has affected me for years now and I’m on my 3rd affected phone. I started with an iPhone 5s, then an 8 an now I’m on an 11 Pro.
I also had a different Fitbit when I first noticed this issue (I’m currently using a Charge 3).
As well as dropping the 2nd line of text, I also noticed that a lot of icons disappeared and were replaced by a generic grey speech bubble (such as the one in the attached screenshot, which also shows the cut off text).
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and I just confirmed that updating to the latest version doesn’t resolve these problems for me, even after restarting my phone.
Please help us.

I'm sorry but I am a little confused here. There have been many people complaining about this situation for months and you ask them to download the latest version but you don't know if the problem is taken care of. You would think the programmers have the ability to not only repair it but to also test it. Another "we are working on it" after months of waiting is beyond frustrating.

By the way this is also a problem in goal day challenges (and I also have issues with fitbit bingo and weird text but I won’t even try to bring that up right now.)
Can you please just read all our messages and then attempt to repair it and try and test it out yourselves instead of making us post screenshots of the thing we’ve been complaining about for months now?

You tell us there’s a new version but don’t tell us the version number and you don’t seem to know what fixes are in the mysterious new version. Are there no release notes or anything useful?

I stumbled upon this old thread. I have the same problem. Messages in the challenge threads are cut off. I Just updated the app. No better. Is a solution coming??
