I can only see one line of text in the challenges—the rest of the text is cut off. This is only iOS as the Apple users are having the same problem but not the Android users. I don’t see a post for this and it’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I’ve closed and opened the app, reinstalled, rebooted my phone. Is this problem being worked on?

Same! I’ve been a long time FitBit user but the issues get worse and go unfixed and unaddressed except for perennial “we’re working on it” lies. My next tracker won’t be a FitBit.

I do not see a solution to this issue. All the messages start in Oct. 2019 but there is no solution. I am having this issue today, 07/21/20, and it has been an issue for a very long time.

No solution because they still haven’t fixed it and don’t seem to care if they do or not. Ridiculous!

I’m still having it too 🤬

And another bump! Think a couple of months is enough to fix something as significant as this. But maybe I'm wrong...

I might be happy if Fitbit would just let us know what exactly is the problem!!! Instead of we’re trying to fix “the problem” and just say what the problem is !

Our team has been informed of the impact this has caused you and while there isn't a time frame for the fix, they'll continue working on our products and services to enhance your experience. Please know that your comments won't go unnoticed.

Really glad you’ve been able to copy and paste the same reply for 9 months. Thanks for that. Super helpful.

No disrespect intended, but you say our comments won’t go unnoticed, but our comments are actively being deleted. Ten comments came into my email in the last two hours and only two of them are still on this board.
The thing is, this wouldn’t be a big deal if Fitbit would just look into the problem, get someone working on it, and fix it. It’s annoying, but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker if it weren’t being ignored, and blatantly. This is a product that can study hearts and help change lives, but you can’t fix a minor glitch that is annoying a number of your customers? This seems wrong.

Pain in the neck when you can’t read the entire thread, isn’t it? This is what we are all experiencing, for many infuriating months with EVERY CHALLENGE. This CANNOT be that hard to fix! What will it take to get attention on this issue? Seriously. Direct us on how to be the squeaky wheel for goodness sake. This has surpassed ridiculous.

I really just do not get why something like his does not get fixed. It cannot be all that hard to fix.
The whole point to FitBit being different from their competition a standard pedometer or built-in phone sensor collection was not the hardware (though that is a key to making it durable enough for many activities) it was the integration social aspect. Otherwise FitBit is just another widget manufacturer.
The social issues and distraction due to this sort of long standing bug distracts from the social value and engagement. Social interactions that FitBit needs to be successful are at their core often emotional. Isn't that the root of the nagging, teasing and jeering/cheering in the apps and community of friends after all?

Well, as an iOS user and new Fitbit owner I'm glad it's just not me. I'm not so glad to see this thread going back so far with no resolution. 😞 That sort of speaks volumes that maybe I made a wrong choice in fitness tracker.

Guys, I have to say that I agree with Lizzy. She deleted all the posts about us going to the app store and rating the app with 1 star. We shouldn't do that... I mean, yes, it has been proven very effective but no, guys, seriously, stop doing that.
Think first... The nice app we all are using, rating going down, bad press, frustrated developers, decision makers at fitbit even more stressed out than they are....
So please, refrain from going to the app store and rating the fitbit app with 1 star!

I can't get my Charge 3 to update. Another problem that appears to get no response. My app says there is an update ready but I get an error message instead of the update.
