Can't see historic steps data

Having the same issue as outlined in the below post. It's been like this for months now

The thread linked below is closer to when it first started...  Late August/Early September 2024.  Coming up on 1 year, maybe we have a birthday party for the end of Fitbit as we knew and loved it.  Thanks Google.

Thank you for your messages, and I'm sorry to hear that for some time now, you haven't been able to see the historic steps data on the Fitbit app.

I've noticed that some users have had this same issue, and they resolved it by uninstalling and then reinstalling their Fitbit app.

It's worth a try.

To do so, follow these steps:

• Log out of the Fitbit app.
• Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Log in to the Fitbit app again.
