Can't see my notifications in Fitbit app

I was receiving almost daily notifications until June 18, 2018. Have not received any notifications since then. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted? There is a red circle on notifications icon telling me that there are new comments, but I cannot pull up.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Blaze board to the iOS App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

 

Now about your inquiry, have you checked if your Fitbit app is updated? Could you please provide me with some screenshots of this option? In the meantime, if you have are updated with your notifications, you can try to log out from your account and then log back in.

I am having the same issues. I haven’t received any notifications since June 18 as well for my Blaze. I have tried everything and can’t seem to get the issue resolved.

Sorry to hear, but I am glad to hear that others have same probs. I too have tried many things to correct, but nothing has worked yet. Keep me informed as we try to correct, and I will do same.

@jame7 and @mdeholloz, please note that in-app Notifications were removed from the Fitbit app due to feedback provided by our customers. They will no longer show up in the Notifications tab; instead, they will show up as push notifications on your phone. 

 

If you're referring to Notifications not reaching your Fitbit device, please follow the troubleshooting steps listed on my post for further assistance.
