When trying to log things on the app it won’t let me?? If I logout and back in it seems to work?!
anyone else having this issue and able to help?

Any updates? Mine just started doing the same thing as of today. It was working fine until I set up my GPS through Fitbit app to track my run and it somehow cleared the tracking while running and hasn’t been the same since. I restarted my phone, synced my watch, and still nothing.

I have the same problem! Mine is brand new on my third day only and the first two days worked great. Now I can’t select anything to record my workout or even add my water intake . Help!!!! I’m ready to throw it out the window😡🤬

Same issue here and it happened also when I was tracking an exercise with GPS. Will not let me click on tiles for water, food, etc.

Side note: I deleted the app and reinstalled and it seemed to have solved my issue.

Why is there still no fix for this?It seems like an issue for a lot of people. This has happened to me twice in the last month. Very frustrating.

My Fitbit app hasn’t let me log anything or tapp on anything it’s logging my steps and syncing and refusing but not letting me do anything. I tried turning my phone on and off but still not working

Does deleting the app make you lose all the info you’ve had stored in it once it’s reinstalled?

Why hasn’t Fitbit addressed this issue yet? I didn’t realize that this only happened during a run, but now I’m seeing that it totally does. Should not have to delete the app and reinstall to fix this glitch.

Same issue. Go for a walk and start the GPS tracker. When I later go back to see the progress the exercise is gone and then I can’t select anything else on the home screen such as Exercise, Sleep, Heartrate etc. I then have to delete and reinstall the app. This happens nearly every other day now. So annoying. Been using Fitbit for over 5 years now and if they don’t fix this I will be looking for another app.

I agree! Very annoying! However I was able to correct the issue by logging out and back in after it happened to me this morning. Better than reinstalling.

Mine did this so I deleted the app and reinstalled but when I logged in none of my stuff was on there. There werent any trackers: food, water, exercise, nothing. So I tried to go to the discover page and re-add them but the page won’t even load at all. I don’t know what to do at this point, I’ve tried everything.

I'm in the exact same boat. I noticed it wasn't updating my water intake after I had logged, and then I couldn't search, etc. I uninstalled and re-installed the app, and now everything is blank.

When you deleted your app, did it delete all you data from that day?
