Can't set up MobileTrack on iPhone 8 iOS 14.3?

I am attempting to setup MobileTrack in my Fitbit app (first time doing so) and when I attempt to set up the “device” in the app, it gives me an error message saying I need to “turn on Motion & Fitness in your device settings.” When I click the go to settings link, it takes me to the Fitbit app settings page in my phone and I can’t see where a Motion & Fitness toggle or option would be. Anyone have any tips?

@CarsonGrey   The Motion & Fitness does refer to setting on your iPhone, but it is obviously giving you the wrong path.  Try this one: tap on your iPhone settings > scroll down to Privacy > scroll down to Motion & Fitness > toggle Fitness Tracking to ON.
