Can't set up flex on iphone 5

Hi, I have recently brought a fitbit flex and am very confused trying to set it up.
I have downloaded the fitbit app on my iphone 5, created an account, followed the prompts, turned bluetooth on but it just will not discovr my tracker. Am I supposed to do something with the wireless dongle first? if so what and how? have tried plugging it into my computer but nothing happens. I saw somebody said restart the tracker but I am not sure how to do that? Please help, thanks in advance 😞

@Beth1122 Were you able to set up your tracker? If not, I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOSdevice's settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the replacement setup process mentioned here to pair your tracker to your already-existing Fitbit account.
