Can't set up notifications in the Fitbit app

My notification button on my FitBit app isn’t working. When I click on it, nothing happens. I’m trying to get my text messages to sync to my Versa 3. Any ideas?

Our team has informed us that some users have experienced this situation with the Fitbit app after upgrading to version 3.39. Note our team is working to have it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience this could have caused.

In the meantime I'd suggest you to try syncing your watch to make sure all your data is saved and then proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can go ahead and try to set up your notifications. Notification button is still not working on the fit bit app and I’m also having trouble with all day sync not working. I have to manually sync daily to get my weather widget to work properly.

@Jelsner Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about your issue with the Fitbit app. 

As a first step, please make sure that your Fitbit app is running the latest version, which is 3.40.1. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store to update if you haven't already.Then, please sync your Fitbit device and afterwards, proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Now, you can try using the Notification menu.
