Can't set up tracker on a new Phone

A friend has changed his phone,deleted app on old phone but will not allow him to setup app on new phone

"unable to continue as email add etc is already in use"

Hi, @Bedlington! It sounds as if your friend is trying to set up a new account, rather than log into his old account. He should be able to just log in with the email address and password when he created his account initially.
