Can't sync my fitbit

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Purchased my Fitbit and had no problems in syncing. Yesterday I added my wireless headset for music and it appears I can't sync my Fitbit. I have deleted everything (devices) off my I-phone 6 including my Fitbit. I have deleted and readers the app. Now I can't re-pair my Fitbit to my phone? It just keeps "searching"....

dive tried to re-ad (set up a device) on my account (thinking I had deleted everything and could start fresh on my phone as though it was new)

set up a device -I select charge 2- set up your fit but charge 2 (I select and agree to terms and conditions) -when it gets to this point it just "searches" - bringing up a screen

Hello @MsTeaka, it's nice to see you around.

Have you tried to restart your tracker lately? If so, I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Now that you have removed the tracker from the paired devices on your Bluetooth settings, please restart your phone.
  2. Restart your tracker once again and leave it plugged in and charging.
  3. Try to pair your tracker one more time:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and if that doesn't seem to do the trick, please contact our Support Team. Let them know everything you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

If there's anything else I can do for you, feel free to reply. Smiley Wink
