Can't syncing Fitbit with phone

Since doing the last update my watch won’t connect to my phone. I’ve tried turning everything on and off etc but it won’t work. 

Ive now removed the watch from the phone and it won’t re find it.

Let me help you setting up your Fitbit device again on your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
