Language was changed and it's not syncing

New update for my device. Stopped syncing. Tried to get help and the language has been changed to chinese or japanese. How can I fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and let's work on this together. I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1.  Go to the online dashboard and log in to your Fitbit account.
  2. Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner and then on "Settings".
  3. Scroll down, click on Language by Region/Country and choose your language.
  4. Click on "Submit".
  5. Then open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync your device. Make sure there aren't other Bluetooth connections turn on that may interfere when syncing.
