New update for my device. Stopped syncing. Tried to get help and the language has been changed to chinese or japanese. How can I fix this?

Hi @Drgaither, welcome on board. It's great to see a new face around.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, and let's work on this together. I'd recommend to try the following steps:
- Go to the online dashboard and log in to your Fitbit account.
- Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner and then on "Settings".
- Scroll down, click on Language by Region/Country and choose your language.
- Click on "Submit".
- Then open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync your device. Make sure there aren't other Bluetooth connections turn on that may interfere when syncing.
