New user here. Every time I go to edit my location it says enter a valid height... height says enter valid birth date, so on and so forth .. I can’t chat with the support due to errors? I emailed them
but the auto response says it’ll take a few days. Any advice?
everything is updated. Phone and watch are updated. iPhone 7

Let’s try going through your online Dashboard instead to made the changes you desire.
Here’s how:
go to your online Dashboard (look to the upper right of your screen, “Dashboard” is to the left of the word “Store” in red)
now tap the gear :gear: wheel on the upper right of your screen
tap setting in the drop down down menu
edit your “Personal info” then scroll down and tap “submit”
Now sync your Fitbit with your Fitbit App to active the changes on your App
(sometimes you have to log out of your Fitbit App, then log back into the Fitbit App for the changes to appear)

I’m sorry your experiencing issues. I “think” I might know which page in the Fitbit App you might be trying to alter. Here is the page I’m looking at that I think your asking about:
open the Fitbit App
tap your profile picture on upper left
now tap “view my profile”
Now tap “personal”
Here is that page (with my private information hidden):
Is this the correct page your trying to edit? If not can you please insert a screenshot of the page you are speaking of.

The app won’t do anything but yes that’s the spot. I had to go on a computer and edit it. Idk
