I cannot update my Fitbit versa 2. I have an iPhone 8 iOS 13.61.

Hi @Pilidvr, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't update its firmware.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
