Heart rate zones on GPS map

Charge 2 heart rate zones don’t display on the “track exercise” GPS map. I get pace and distance display options, but “not enough data” for heart rate zones. If I activate the run setting on the Charge 2 for the same exercise I get a GPS map that displays heart rate zones.

@Reddawgmt   The "track exercise" feature from the app hasn't captured heart rate data for some time now, but it used to.  But it stopped capturing the HR data before the app had the heart rate zones.  I try to explain it like this.  Tracking from the app and tracking from the device are two mini programs within Fitbit.  They don't "talk" to each other and share data.

Tracking from the app, called MobileRun, is a feature Fitbit introduced long before it had trackers with an exercise app.  Many people still like it because it has the voice cues.  If you want the heart rate zones, you need to use the run setting on the Charge 2.
