Canceling Fitbit premium because app is annoying.

I wish I could wish I could post the screen shot, but every time I open the Fitbit app it requests 24/7 access to my location.  No.  

 

Pretty good app otherwise, but I will only allow access to my location when I am using the app.

I'm in the same boat you are! Not sure why they are making changes to what works.

 

I provided you a link to my post. I'm still waiting on clarification from @LizzyFitbit . According to what she said 24/7 is only "recommended"  However, recommended would mean that the other options should still work! In fact they still do work!  You can see from the pictures in my post i can still get a gps signal, but fitbit is blocking it.  So now it seems as though 24/7 "always" access is "required"

 

If @LizzyFitbit  opts to clarify her comments I'll keep you in the loop.  I guess any fitbit employee could clarify her comments.

I understand you don’t don’t want your location services set to always on your Fitbit App. Canceling Fitbit Premium will not change that feature either.
