Cannot access Fitbit account on my iPad

I am trying to set up my Fitbit account to my iPad in addition to my phone. I can’t find my account/ app won’t accept my password. Please advise.

Thanks for the information, and your efforts while working on this. Because it's been a few days, may I know if the issue still persists? If so, I'd recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Check if the Fitbit app is updated on your iPad
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your iPad
  3. Make sure to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone to prevent any interference when trying to sync.
  4. Open the Fitbit app on your iPad. Then:
    If you already migrated your account, tap Sign in with Google and select your account
    If you haven't migrated yet, tap Sign in with Fitbit and enter your email address and password.


Keep in mind that we recommend using one mobile device at a time to sync your Fitbit, as this will ensure a proper Bluetooth connection and prevent any syncing issue.
