Hi!
I use varying apps for tracking my fitness and running progress. I noticed that it is possible to manually add distance after an automatically recognized run (Fitbit Flex 2) via the Dashboard/Activities/Run/three dots in upper right corner. I could also adjust the time if I wanted to. However, when I try to add my walked distance the app will not save it. It actually looks like the app is processing it for a second but just restores to its original data. Is this a bug, or is there a different way to add my distance to my activity?
Thanks is advance 🙂

Hi everyone. A warm welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for your continued reports about your exercises not allowing you to edit the distance, as well for the steps tried on your own. I understand the importance of having accurate details in the Fitbit app, let me give you a hand with this. To further investigate, is the issue still affecting SmartTrack exercises? Have you tried using the exercise app to track your activities? Since your posts didn't mention, please make sure your phone and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version.
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Indeed Lizzy the auto recognized "Smart Track" exercises are the ones that you cannot edit the distance on. Or to be more clear you cannot open, edit the distance, and then have it preserved. It simply ignores the distance you have saved.
Yes the SW is the latest version.
