Hi Guys, using a fitbit ionic and have been for a long time (so not a new device) i’m trying to update my exercise goal from 4 to 5 days but i can’t change it. No matter what i click it reverts to 4 days.

I have the most updated app, i’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times i’ve got exercise logged. I’m unsure what to do now.

@Nayhaych Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the iOS Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your inquiry here.

Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing while changing your exercise goals. Also, thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.

Please try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app dashboard tap the Exercise tile to open your exercise history. This is the tile that says "Track exercise" if you haven't worked out today. If you've already worked out, you'll see the exercise category on the tile instead (for example, Run or Hike).
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner and tap your weekly exercise goal to change it.

Try syncing your device right after making these changes and check if that makes any difference.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy

Hi, I have the exact same issue! No matter what I do it reverts back to the original number.

Have you had any luck fixing it?
