Fitbit Versa not syncing

I have been trying to get my versa to sync for almost 3 weeks.  I have followed all the steps online and nothing seems to work.  I set my versa back to factory default, removed the app & restarted my iPhone.  I then reinstalled the app logged in and tried to set up my versa from scratch and the app can’t even find my watch.  Please help.

How frustrating for you, @Nessa_s!  I have a couple more things for you to try before suggesting you contact Support. 

  • Check the Bluetooth setting on your iPhone. If the Versa or any other Fitbit devices are there, give the command to Forget them.
  • Restart your Versa. To do this, press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until the Fitbit logo appears. (If you have the Lite, you only need to press and hold the left button.) Please do this 3 times.
  • Verify that your iPhone’s iOS is up to date. It needs to be at 10 or higher. 
  • Power the phone off and move to a room with no other Bluetooth devices. Bring your Versa.
  • Try again to add your Versa to your Fitbit account.

I know you’ve already done some of this but sometimes the order in which you do things is important. Please let us know if this helps at all.
