Within the last month, I began to have problems connecting to my iPhone to track my runs. My information syncs but does not connect during my actual activity. In addition, using the tracker, without connecting to my phone GPS, is not consistently accurate (I know this because I am very familiar with the paths I run). Is this an iPhone problem? Is there a way to fix this? (Yes my locations is on and yes my Bluetooth is on and connected)

Do you have a blaze? This is a chronic Fitbit issue. Make sure your location services are on and app background refresh is on. Turn off WiFi in settings. Close you Fitbit app all the way then open it back up.

Yes....I have had the blaze for almost 2 yrs without a problem. I had already tried everything.....last night an update came through and it seems to fixed it for now. Let’s see how long it lasts. I run a 10 k tomorrow and really hope it is working right. Fingers crossed
