I have iphone 12 and iOS 15. But cannot download fitbit app. it keep saying you need 13.4 or later version. Why?

Thanks for the details shared on your post. Seems odd that you're unable to download the Fitbit app, if your phone is running iOS 15. As you have mentioned the operating system required for Fitbit, is iOS 13 or higher. For more information see Fitbit-compatible devices. To continue with this I suggest trying a restart your phone, double check that your phone is updated and then try to install the Fitbit app once more time from Apple App Store.

Hello @Nishi2015 and welcome to the Help forum.  I am moving your post to the iOS forum, a better fit for your problem.  I am not an expert on this issue, but this looks like an Apple issue, not a Fitbit issue.  You might need to contact Apple Support for more help.
