Cannot enable WhatsApp notifications on Versa 4

I have a versa 4 and use an iPhone but it won’t let me set what’s app notifications on my versa 4. I have tried the iOS app to enable what’s app notifications in the menu on the app but what’s app does not show up in the menu

I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for sharing this information, as well as the steps that you've tried prior to posting. Let's work on this together!

Before anything else and just to make sure everything is set up correctly, please go to your phone's settings > Notifications and verify if the Allow Notifications is On and Show Previews are set to Always or When Unlocked.

Once that's done, please give a try to the following:

1. Forget your Versa 4 from the Bluetooth settings
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices at the upper left corner > Add more devices 
4. Select Versa 4 > Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions
5. Then set up the notifications one more time and check if the WhatsApp app appears listed
