EDIT - It finally downloaded after I rebooted twice.

 

Beginning last week, I could not get the app to open on my iPhone 6. I finally tried deleting the app, but now it won't even download from the cloud. I've tried being on wifi and on data. I've tried rebooting my phone. I have 37 GB of available storage. When I click to download it from the App Store, the circle with the square appears, but t never makes any progress. It simply will not download. Any suggestions?

Hi @AmyJohnsonCrow. Glad you found us on the forums. I have a couple questions to help in trouble shooting your situation. 

 

 - When you said you rebooted twice, did you mean you powered the iPhone 6 completely off. Then powered it back up? If not, please try that.

 - Have you tried deleting then reinstalling any other apps? If not, please do so. This will give a clue as to whether or not it is an iPhone issue. It sounds like it may be.

 

You've done some good trouble shooting on your own! 37 GB of available storage should be plenty. But just to clean things up, go to Settings --> General --> Storage & iCloud Usage --> Manage Storage. Delete anything you are not using. This may help.
