Just got a change 3 (as recommended by my sister) and I can get notifications on my Fitbit however I can’t ever reply I’ve followed all the step to allow Fitbit the permission to my phone but nothing seems to help. Is my Fitbit broke or is am I doing something wrong?

Hi @NattyFloyd you need an Android phone in order to reply to messages. See Page 24 of the Charge 3 user manual - click to read. Your Fitbit isn't broken. You're just using the wrong phone operating system to take advantage of this feature.
