Cannot set up notifications on Alta

I've tried setting up notifications on my Alta, gone through the right steps listed on here and it still won't work. I press notifications and it says it needs to be paired so I press ok and the loading symbol just continues to spin. I go in my phones setting and it shows it is paired. I've made sure in all the settings that I'm able to receive notifications and nothing is off. I'm not sure what else to do. Thank you

Let me help you out, try the troubleshooting steps listed on this article if the issue persists I recommend contacting the Support Team they'll be more than happy to assist you .
