Cannot update my weight

Why can I only amend the stones value & not the lbs value?

A warm welcome to the Community @Weegiegirl. Between the weight units, you can only select pounds, stones or kilograms. To select one of these options do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Tap Account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Tap Units
4. Select between kilograms, pounds or stone
5. Sync

Thanks Alejandra but I think you have misunderstood me. I update my weight on the app every couple of weeks but today I can only change the stones value, when I tap on the lbs value to change it from 8 to 5 nothing happens 😞

Hi Alejandra, when I tap the screen next to the 8lbs it doesn't turn green like the stones number does and I am unable to change it, any help is appreciated!

@Weegiegirl, are you still experiencing this issue to change the weight in pounds?  if you are, please be so kind to provide a screenshot so I can know exactly what you're looking at in your screen and investigate further or report this. 

You can also try a force quit procedure in the app: 

• Double tap the home button on your iOS device.
• Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
• Reopen the Fitbit app.
