Anyone know why my cardio fitness score would drop way down to 25? I did complete a run on the treadmill and track it as a "run" by mistake a few days ago. And for a few days the Fitbit has not been tracking the sleep cycles...only hours slept. I've been working out regularly and the cardio fitness score has been going up and RHR going down...how do I get it back to where it was? Just keep doing what I've been doing? Thanks!

@Rachelanne20 When you track a run for your cardio fitness score, the GPS uses the distance traveled to calculate the score. Since you were on a treadmill, it is more like virtual distance and not actual distance. I'm confident that this gave you the incorrect score.
First, tap on that exercise and see if you can re-categorize it from Run to Treadmill. You might not be able to do that. You can delete the exercise without losing the steps, calories, etc. They are measured by your tracker and synced to your account. I think this will fix your cardio fitness score.
And the sleep cycles have been a problem for many users -- me included -- for at least three days. The engineers are aware.

Thank you. I deleted it and it fixed my score...I'm still new to the Fitbit. Now let's get the sleep issue fixed 🙂
