The weather on my sense 4 is not working and my cardio fitness score reset. Something is definitely not right. Hate to say it, but after 4 years of using Fitbit, it might be time for an Apple Watch.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm sorry you've had this experience. Because our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app, may I know if the cardio fitness score is showing up correctly? If not, please force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and verify your details one more time.

About your other question, I believe you're referring to the Versa 4 not showing the weather updated. If not, please confirm the model of your Fitbit device. Additionally, go to the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit device image > Gallery > Weather and make sure all permissions are turned on.
