Since updating to the new app I can no longer find my cardio fitness score anywhere, has it been removed completely from the app? I hope not because I’ve just bought a new treadmill so I can hopefully see it improve! 😆

On the "Today" tab of the dashboard, select the heart rate line. Then swipe left on the graph at the top of the page and you should see the cardio fitness page.

@HaysR I just want to add that the best estimate of you cardio fitness score comes from GPS connected Runs with the exercise app. Your "cardio fitness score" is Fitbit's term for you VO2 max. There are equations that exist for estimating VO2 max while running. I'm sure Fitbit adapted one of these known equations for its estimate. Your best estimate comes from running on level ground. You heart rate goes up just running uphill. And it certainly doesn't go down running downhill.

I still dont have an option for Cardio Fitness Score. I have updated both my app on my android and the software on my watch but I do not have a chart for Cardio Fitness Score in the heart rate window. My sleep graphs look different too. Could it possibly be because im using an outdated watch (charge HR)? Ive tried updating the app but its already up to date and my watch said it was alreadt up to date (as much as it could be anyway). Ive also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, still no luck.
Best AnswerHello @TornSouls13 and welcome to the Help forums. The Charge HR doesn't give cardio fitness score. The first Charge series model to offer a cardio fitness score is the Charge 2. Likewise, your Charge HR can only give sleep patterns. Sleep stages were also introduced with the Charge 2.
I hope this helps.

Hi @SteveH I have the same issue on my Versa - it showed me fitness level up to a couple of days ago and now it is gone. Swiping the heart rate graph just shows more heart rate detail. Any ideas? Thank you.
Nope. It's not there any more, my Android app version is 3.31.1 which appears current. The older win 10 app does show the fiction indicating data is not lost and app is dysfuncional. What's next @SteveH
I've just uninstalled and installed the app again and cardio fitness back to normal. Graph etc like it was!
Best AnswerThis worked for me as well. I used to have the Cardio Fitness Level and it randomly disappeared. Reinstalling brought it back for me and now I can finally track where my level is at again 😛
Best AnswerHi no I list nothing as all data was still there when I logged back in. Had to do it again since then. Not sure if its when fitbit do an update!

I uninstalled and reinstalled app and got a different less user friendly dashboard but no cardio score or reasonable hourly analysis
