Hi there! I'm really enjoying using my Fitbit to track what exercises I'm doing, like running, cycling and lifting weights. However, I can't find snowboarding when I'm trying to log my exercise as that. Does Fitbit not recognise snowboarding as an exercise and does it need to be added? Or is my Fitbit just not able to find snowboarding? I have a charge HR

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SianK2197 Smiley Very Happy! Snowboarding is not listed in the Fitbit exercises, but you can definitely create a customer activity and add it. 

 

  • Log into your Dashboard
  • Go to the "Log" section
  • Go to the button of the page and find the "create custom activity" option
  • Enter the name of your activity and click "add"
  • Fill the information for your activity and select "log"
