I am in several WWH challenges this week. One was started in the eastern time zone, all the rest are mountain. Something is wrong with my steps in my eastern time zone challenge. My steps showing for that challenge are less than for all of my other challenges and the discrepancy is getting worse as the week progresses. It can't be a time zone issue because if it was, it would only make sense if my steps were higher for the eastern time zone challenge because it started two hours earlier than the rest of my challenges. And the discrepancy wouldn't be increasing if that were the issue. The difference is about 2,000 steps right now. Any thoughts?

@lronholdt If the creator of the Challenge is in a different timezone, you will see a difference between steps on your dashboard and steps on your Challenge since Challenges begin and end in the creator's timezone. Click here for more information about Challenges.
Hope this provides some clarification!

Welcome to our Community @lronholdt thank you so much for the update!
I'd like to know if you checked the other possible reasons for this to happen in the link @DerrickS provided in his previous post? If you did, my best advise would be to contact our Customer Support team and let them know about this so they can provide you with a good solution for this.
Let me know how it goes! ![]()
