Challenges and Adventures do not appear on Discover.

I cannot even see challenges on the Discover page. It is blank. Please
resolve

@TizzyBrown , nice to see you back! Could you inform me what device, its operating system and the app version you are using? If possible, please attach a screenshot to your reply where we can see the Discover page without the challenges. 

In the meantime, please log out of the Fitbit app, restart your phone and when the phone is back on, please log in again.

My devices are all up to date and have done the usual troubleshooting
fixes. Been this way sine September 11th. You keep saying you are aware of
the problem and are working on it.

I have had this problem since September 11th. I reported it sent a
screenshot and was told you were aware of the problem and working on it. I
have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas and all my devices are up to
date. Please resolve.

Hi @TizzyBrown , thank you for your answer.  I appreciate you reporting this situation in September.  I verified your posts and couldn't find any screenshot within them ! I would really like to help you further but in order to do so,  I need the requested information and picture.

Hi @TizzyBrown , thank you for your reply! Verified with Support and was  informed that they haven't received any screenshot.  Could you do another one, this time instead of sending it to Support, please, on the bottom of the answer field (to this thread) you'll see the option to attach  the picture. 

 After you post your answer, you'll have to see the picture on it, in that way you can confirm that the screenshot was successfully loaded. 

I'll also need the mobile device model and its version of the operating system. 

I also moved our interactions to a new thread as your situation is very different from the one described by the other users, to avoid confusions. 

I'll be expecting your reply.

 this is not working on any of my devices. An Update iPhone 8 and updated ipad

Hi @TizzyBrown , thank you for your reply and information as well as the provided picture.  iOS just released the iOS 13.2 version. Please make sure that you already installed this update into your devices. After the installation I'll suggest you to restart your phone and iPad! 

After that please start the Fitbit app. 

If you are still having the situation, please on your iPad or iPhone, go to Settings> General>About. Make a screenshot where we can see the Software version. 

Also please make another screenshot of the Fitbit app where the Discover site is still blank and attach them to your reply, so that I can investigate further.

photo I just sent you investigate further
