I am using Mobil tracker, my dashboard is correct but the workweek hustle is way off.  Any suggestions?

Hello @Ksteinha2, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to hear that your step total on your challenge isn't updating. Below are possible reasons for this issue:

1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.

I'd also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply. Smiley Wink

Still having issues with steps now syncing properly to the work week hustle. I have ~50,000 steps on my dashboard and only  25,000 showing on the challenge.. I have also noted and tried all suggestions listed in your response 😞

Which tracker are you currently using? Since when you've experienced this issue? If the recommendations provided earlier were not helpful to you, please reply to me with a screenshot of the following:

  • The steps showing in your Dashboard.
  • The steps showing in your challenge
  • The activities you've logged in. (remember manually logged activities don't count towards challenges)

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply. Smiley Wink

I am using Mobil track since my husband bought me an Apple Watch. Here are my totals so far for the week.  I should have 13,000 so far but am not displaying 9,000.  I do not log any additional workouts
