About 8.30pm UK time my challenges disappear off my app

next morning they return 

anyone else having this problem ?

this as happened 5 days on the trot now  ☹️

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that the challenges are acting in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such situation? Which iOS mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

All the above you have mentioned, I have done

They disappeared again yesterday about 8.pm UK time 

returned about 5am UK time 

I’ll give it a few more days and see what happens

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. Can you please let me know if you're still experiencing the same inconvenience? If possible, please send me a screenshot when the Challenges disappear and another one when they're back. Please refer to this post to attach an image into
