Fitbit can you please fix the app now. Challenges are not syncing at all. Nothing to do with phone or device it’s literally your app

Hi @Dani.G. Welcome to the Forums!
Thanks for letting me know about your challenges not syncing. It sounds odd, and thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just to confirm, does this happen with any challenge? If not, please let me know the name of the challenge that isn't syncing? Also, verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the 3.1 version in the App Store.
In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Sync your Fitbit device, and check if the steps sync correctly.
