Challenges tile keeps moving on the Fitbit app

I think everyone is having issues with syncing stats at the moment, but I’m having issues with the new updated version not staying edited how I set it up, since Friday every time I open it my challenges are all jumbled up, sometimes they are just gone period. It won’t let me go back to the old version. Can we get some info on what’s going on please!

Thanks for letting me know about the new dashboard, as well for taking the time to share your feedback. While currently there isn't an option to revert to the previous dashboard, our team keeps reviewing the comments posted in the Community to improve the Fitbit app and it's features. About your inquiry, it sounds odd that the tile doesn't get edited correctly. May I know if the Fitbit app is updated to 3.1 version? Have you had a similar situation with another tile? Also, I'd recommend to try the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  4. Try rearranging the challenges tile one more time.
