I've had my Fitbit (Charge HR) for about 2 years with no issues. I use the Fitbit app on an Apple 6. Everything has worked fine. About two weeks ago, my steps stopped syncing to the challenges. Fitbit syncs with the app and with the website - just not the challenges. I've chatted with Fitbit twice with no solution. Have deleted and reinstalled app twice, made sure everything is updated. Anyone else with this problem? Suggestions? Thanks.

@dbuchko It's great to have you aboard in our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your challenges information is not syncing with your app. I would like to know a couple of details; do you get any error message when trying to sync the challenges? Do you manually log steps or exercises?

Hello and thanks for responding. No, I do not manually add steps and I have never received an error messages. Also, reading a couple of posts yesterday it might be important to add - the challenges read 0 and I have sent messages in the group with no change. Thanks again.
