I have just changed my phone, The phone is not finding my Fitbit 3 although the data is registering. Should I unload the Fitbit and set up the Bluetooth again. I am not getting notifications through my watch either

Hi it’s the new SE I had the old SE. I’m getting my data from the Fitbit but my watch isn’t telling me when u get notifications. Also it seems to be looking for my watch and not finding it.
