Charge 2 Wont Sync

My charge 2 will not sync with my iPhone 6. I left it at home for a trip and so it died. When I got back and charged my fitbit, it says last sync was 9/6 and it won't sync up to my phone. I plugged it into my computer and tried to restart it but it the fitbit still has the wrong date and time.

Hello @Natoliv329, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

The reason the date and time are not showing correctly is because the tracker hasn't synced lately, in which case I would like to suggest you to check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members in the Community dealing with the same situation.

In case your tracker is still not syncing correctly after following the troubleshooting steps, my best recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Restart your tracker once again and leave it plugged in and charging.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  6. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
