My Fitbit keeps losing the Bluetooth connection with my iPad. Very intermittent. I have tried all the usual on, off, reload but it makes no difference. Also the motion sensor to see the display has stopped working as well. Still working ok on my iPhone, albeit more slowly.

@Busterboy if your using to devicrs to sync the Fitbit account, you will have to make sure that the bond is broken between the one device before the other device will sync..
So if you want to sync the ipad, make sure that the phone is at leasy 30 feet awsy or turn off its bluetooth.
Once we are sure the phone and the upad are not interferring with esch other, we can start troubleshooting.
Personally i dont see the need to sync through more than one device. All syncs sends data to the Fitbit server, (server processes the data) then the app looks at this server to get your data.

Thanks for the reply, but. I have been using both devices successfully since April with no issues. I have tried keeping both apart but it is still intermittent Bluetooth connection. Also any ideas regarding the motion sensor stopped working?
Thanks.

My first post was simply telling you about how bluetooth works, and not anything particular to Fitbit. For me i find that sometimes 50 feet is to close in that i can still easily sync my tracker.
About your sensor not working, does your tracker still count steps? If so, the sensor is working fine since it is the same sensor used for the quickview.
Have you checked your settings to make sure the Quickview is turned on?
Is your forearm close to horizontal beform rotating the wrist?

Hi, I have now deleted the app from my phone, but still getting the same problem. The steps are still being counted but the viewing sensor is definitely not working. Can't find the on / off setting.
Thanks for your advice.
