My Charge 2 is showing the time for Sydney Australia, instead of Brisbane Australia (so the time showing on my tracker is 1 hour ahead). I have tried the suggestions of changing it in account settings, but it switches back to Sydney within a few seconds. I have set it to change automatically and it sets to Sydney. I have manually reset the tracker, loged out of app, turned off phone etc - still says Sydney. Have checked my phone settings - it is set to Brisbane time. Please help it's driving me nuts!!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @jennadele. It's great to have you here. The engineering team is aware of this issue and it's working on a fix to get it solved as soon as possible. Once any update is available it might be disclosed in this thread.
In the meantime, there is a workaround that has helped other users experiencing the same problem.
From the online Dashboard > Settings > Personal Info. Select Submit after making the changes and force sync
I moved this thread to the iOS app board because it's more related to the topic. Let me know how it goes. Keep up the super stepping.
