After returning from a trip into another time zone my charge 2 will not reset to proper time. What to do?

Happened to me to with my ionic, I restarted my ionic and restarted my phone and it went to the correct timezone.

Another tip I heard was set it one time zone backwards or forwards in settings, sync it and then change to the correct timezone and then sync it.

Hello @Burnsmurphy, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you @ACG, I appreciate your help. Smiley Happy

@Burnsmurphy, if you have already sync your Charge 2 and the time has not changed, please restart it as @ACG mentioned. After restarting your tracker, sync it again. Your Charge 2 should update to the same time that is currently showing on your phone.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
