I just upgraded to the iPhone7 and my Charge 2 doesn't want to connect to it properly. It kind of syncs, but all day sync doesn't work and notifications don't work either. Please help

Hello @AyManas, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Community! Smiley Happy

In this particular situation I would like to suggest restarting the connection between your phone and your Charge 2. In order to do this please try the following:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app then tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications
  5. When the pop-up for Bluetooth Pairing Required appears, tap on Set Up.

This will reset the connection and will improve the All-day sync feature as well. Additionally, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure Show on Lock Screen is enabled.

I hope this can be helpul, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hello @metastat, thanks for joining the conversation, it's nice to have you on board the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Please note that Fitbit trackers can sync with multiple devices but can only establish 1 Bluetooth link with 1 device when it comes to receive Notifications. This Bluetooth link might affect syncing with other devices if that specific device is still in range.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know you've already followed the instructions to set up your tracker with no positive results. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart your tracker.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the tracker one more time.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I tried all of the available suggestions

1> Restarted Tracker - Charge 2

2> Stopped & started Phone Bluetooth after more than 10s wait

3> Restart Phone

4> Deleted existing device, when trying to add as new device, does not recognize Charge 2.

Phone is Huawei Honor 6X.

Please help!!

I’ve got a new phone, an iPhone 7. I’ve tried pairing my Fitbit charge 2 to the new phone and the device doesn’t show up on the Bluetooth list. I tried adding it through the Fitbit app but it says the hone is already connected to a charge 2. What do I do now — delete the connected charge 2?
