I just updated to version 3.2 and it just crashes every time I open it. I’m running iOS 12.4.  I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app.

@JimDeM, it's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Fitbit crashing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you have enough space on your phone? Make sure there isn't any battery saver option applied to the Fitbit app. Also do you see any error message? If you do please share a screenshot. If after checking these options the issue persist retry uninstalling the app, restart your phone and after this reinstall the app. Just know that isn't suggested usually but since you already did this and the app is crashing I only ask you to retry one more time in the order stated.

Let me know how it goes.

I am also having the same issue with the app. I am on iOS and it was working fine until after I updated. It seems this was the same problem that I was having before when I had initially updated to 3.1. I tried the troubleshooting methods also and still have the problem also.

Hello Alvaro - just wanted to chime in too - I’m experiencing the same issue with version 3.2 on iOS 13 (Beta). That is to say, the app crashes on launch. I’ve tried restarting the phone, checked I have adequate memory, and have deleted and reinstalled the app without success.

I spent about an hour with a representative in a help chat session. They ran out of ideas and said they would pass it on to an expert who would contact me via email. That was two days ago and I haven’t heard anything yet.  It’s a little frustrating. I’ve grown  addicted to the data over the years and I miss it 🙂

Same issue here on iPhone X.

After uninstalling / reinstalling I had the login screen and once I entered my details it crashed again. And now it crashes as soon as I open it.

We need a fix asap

Alvaro,

Can you provide an update please? Is there a resolution in the works?  Can you share an expected timeframe?  Do you need any additional information?  The silence from Fitbit is unsettling.

Thank you

Jim
