Charge 2 heart zones not available when tracking

I know this has been reported but after reading several strings I can’t tell if it’s been addressed or fixed yet?

I have a charge 2. If I do my daily walk and let Fitbit identify the exercise automatically I can see heart zone data with no issue. If I manually track the walk first, because I like to see the map and distance, the app gives me a not enough information error when I try to view my heart zones. So it seems it CAN work, and I am wearing the device correctly, but I don’t know why this happens.

has anyone else had this issue resolved? Thanks!
