Charge 2 is unable to pair with my iPhone.

My new charge 2 will not pair to my iphone 7s I have tried everything it always shows it is connecting after i type in the number on the fit bit screen but it will never pass that screen..it will show it is loading all night

If your Charge 2 is unable to sync with your iPhone, I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Restart your tracker, then leave it plugged in and charging
  2. Restart your phone. 
  3. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the set up process.
  4. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal. 
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  6. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
