Charge 2 no longer receiving text notifications

My fitbit Charge2 is no longer notifying me of text messages that are sent to my iPhone. I have also, on several attempts, gone through all the steps outlined in the link below with no resolution

I have re-installed fitbit app, disconnected and reconnected fitibt to iOS Bluetooth, manually restarted fitbit device, checked notification settings - everything outlined in the trouble shooting quick tips

Which phone and is it on the list? I posted the link above. Not all phones are compatible and when they aren't, they often have problems with all the functions.

I currently have iPhone 8 iOS 13.3.1, which is on the list

I was successfully receiving the text/phone call notification prior to the 13.0 update

@mmmelissa1 go to the main iOS page and see the two pinned topics from KateFitbit. click to view. There is one about the latest app and one about the latest iOS. See if anything she posted helps.
