I was having trouble getting my Charge 2 to sync after the latest app update. I tried turning the Bluetooth off and back on, then tried restarting my phone, to no avail. I removed the device to try to reinstall it, but now it can't find the Charge. I don't know if the issue is the app or my Fitbit.

You're welcome and just to confirm, do you mean that the screen doesn't turn on when moving your wrist? If that's correct, please see this help article, look for your Fitbit device and make sure the Screen Wake (Quick View for old Fitbit devices) is enabled. Sync your device with the Fitbit app and let me know how it goes.
